NOSAWA positions the practice of compliance as one of our most critical management priorities. We not only adhere to laws and social norms but also conduct fair and transparent business activities in accordance with corporate ethics.

We have built trust and our brand by conducting fair business activities in accordance with high corporate ethics. However, the brand that we have built over many years of effort can be lost in a single day due to the erroneous actions or decisions of one individual. This makes our appropriate judgment and actions all the more important. We position the practice of compliance as one of our most critical management priorities, ensuring that we not only adhere to laws and social norms but also conduct fair and transparent business activities in line with corporate ethics.

Compliance means adhering to laws and internal regulations, as well as appropriately considering general social norms and corporate ethics, to conduct lawful and fair business activities.

[ How We Should Act ]
Sincere Actions

  1. We aim to be a good corporate citizen by recognizing our social responsibilities and going beyond mere legal compliance.
  2. We respect the dignity and individuality of each person, fairly evaluate job performance, and apply the results equitably in compensation and other personnel matters, including transfers and promotions.
  3. Even if the information is negative, we report it promptly to top management to ensure an appropriate response.
  4. We prioritize the safety of our customers and work environment in the execution of our duties.

Fair Actions

  1. We conduct fair and transparent business activities in accordance with corporate ethics.
  2. We disclose appropriate information to society to ensure the transparency and soundness of our management.
  3. We maintain a resolute stance against anti-social forces and cut off all relationships with them.
  4. We prohibit any unfair discrimination or harassment based on race, creed, gender, age, religion, nationality, ethnicity, language, place of origin, physical characteristics, disability, or illness, and strive to maintain a healthy work environment.

Compliance with Rules

  1. We comply with relevant laws and internal regulations, appropriately considering social norms and corporate ethics.
  2. We ensure the protection and management of confidential information, including personal information.
  3. We do not engage in giving or receiving gifts or entertainment to gain improper benefits.
  4. We do not use non-public or inside information to seek personal gain.
  5. Even outside of working hours, we do not engage in activities that would damage the company’s reputation or interfere with its operations.

Anti-Corruption

Anti-Corruption Policy

At NOSAWA, our mission is "Standing on Samurai spirit and business acumen, we contribute to the development of the industry with pioneering solutions." To be a transparent, healthy, and socially trusted company, we adhere to our Basic Compliance Policy and commit to anti-corruption efforts.


  1. To prevent corruption, we comply with the laws and internal regulations applicable in all countries and regions where we conduct business. We also pay attention to the extraterritorial application of foreign laws.
  2. We prohibit the offering, promising, or giving of bribes, either directly or indirectly, to public officials or those in a similar position, maintaining improper relationships with business partners, or having any association with anti-social forces.
    Furthermore, we prohibit the offering or accepting of improper monetary gifts, presents, entertainment, or other financial benefits that exceed the range recognized as appropriate by social customs.
  3. We cooperate fully with audits and investigations by relevant authorities, ensuring proper handling of accounting and related matters.
  4. To prevent and detect corruption early, we establish a system for executives and employees to consult and report acts that violate this policy or may pose a risk of doing so.
  5. Through appropriate education and training, we inform executives, employees, and business partners about this policy and raise awareness about the prohibition of bribery and other corrupt practices.
  6. Executives and employees who violate this policy will be strictly disciplined according to internal regulations such as work rules.

Information Security

Basic Information Security Policy

NOSAWA recognizes that managing information is a critical management issue necessary to earn customer trust and ensure the continuous development of our company. We are committed to information security management.


  1. We manage information necessary for our business appropriately, in compliance with laws and social order, as well as internal regulations.
  2. Information is collected for legitimate purposes and by legitimate means.
  3. We safely manage information entrusted to us by our business partners to maintain their trust and strive to enhance security measures, including those in our supply chain.
  4. We recognize the risks of unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and leakage of information assets we handle, and implement necessary and reasonable safety measures. In the event of a problem, we respond appropriately and promptly to correct the issue.
  5. We build, operate, maintain, and continuously improve our information security management system.
